Christine and Silva Hameline helped us find the perfect home! We weren't sure what or where that would be when we started our search, and as it's a VERY competitive market we knew we would need a realtor who would present us with the best package we could put forward. We started our search with a different realtor who did not support us presenting such a package- not sure why but we realized that was not the best representation for us. Once we found Christine, she really supported us and emphatically agreed that we would need to present ourselves in every offer- both to stand out and let the sellers know how serious we were about our offer. She had fabulous suggestions in order to do so! We felt back on track and she gave us the confidence we needed to find our home sweet home, despite the challenging market for buyers.Silva and Christine know all of LA county and while I know Malibu is their specialty, they work with clients all over LA (like us!) and helped us understand where we really wanted to buy.
